Jeremy Crouch signed a contract yesterday to play his basketball next season in Germany. The team is located in Braunschweig and is called the New York Phantoms. They play in the Eurobasketball League. A big factor in JC's decision was the fact that he will be re-united with his 2006/07 team mate, Will Franklin.

Marcellus Sommerville will be playing in France again this fall, but for a different team. He had a great season last year with Le Havre, and was runner-up in the voting for Player of the Year in the French Pro A League (the top pro league in France).

He has signed a 1 year contract with Roanne, also of the French Pro A League. Roanne was the League Champions last year by winning the postseason tournament. --

I was really glad to hear this, I'm happy for JC and Will and I believe that they'll do great things together in Germany.
