Michelle Lund only scored 4 points because of double and triple teams, but her team won 60-37 to win their Regional, and advance to the state tournament.

I have the understanding the new Arena and facilites are being put in place for many reasons, but namely.... a Women's Basketball team that is contender (every year).
 
Michelle Lund scored 16 points and had 4-5 three pointers to help Sioux City Bishop Heelan HS to the state championship in Class 3A with a 54-51 win over #1 Pella.
Lund finished her high school career with a total of 1,837 points.

Here is something amazing--
The 5-7 Lund, who handles the basketball constantly for the Crusaders but was charged with only six turnovers in three games, missed the front end of a one-and-one when she was fouled by Gritters with 1:02 left to play.

Way to go Michelle.
