BU at Creighton Televised?

Does anyone know if the game on Saturday is going to be televised? I thought I heard Snell mention during the post-game radio show last night that Buescher would not be announcing on the radio on Saturday b/c of t.v. The schedule on bubraves.com does not have a media listing for this game.
 
As far as now, the only place it will be televised is in Omaha....


No idea what Dave was talking about here, unless Insight decided to pick it up last minute since MVC-TV didn't
 
It has never been announced publically, and the schedule does not show it. I don't know why. But I heard a week ago from someone who works for the broadcast crew that they were doing the game. Let's hope this gets comnfirmed. We should be hearing something concrete, soon.

I was just informed that there will not be a broadcast...I was buying a couple of spots and just got an email that said they were not because of the arrest of DR.....I got this email from my advertising agency who really knows nothing about what's going on....this is just how it was relayed to her. I think it's a pretty stupid reason if that's the case

By the way there will be no telecast of the Bradley game on
Saturday. Apparently due to the arrest of their player...a few big
national sponsors pulled out of the sponsorship...... and there is
not enough money to pay for the cost of a televised game.

I would expect everyone to boycott these specific sponsors if they are made public!

Well, the MVC network announced a couple of weeks ago that they were going with ISU at SIU, though they have broadcast multiple games in the past on the final weekend. But if this is true, that's a shame. We're not talking Don Imus here!

This is unreal. I can't believe this is true. What happens if Daniel gets the charges against him dropped in the next few days? What a shame.

Actually, Wichita St at Drake will be on ESPN 2 Saturday afternoon. I never heard BU/Creighton was to be on.
 
If the person thought the game was going to be on ESPN2, which clearly has never been the case (maybe they were mixed up with last night, just like some mixed up the start times with Saturday or they confused it with the other MVC came on ESPN2), then that really makes me question the credibility of this so called "source" and these allegations about why the game wouldn't be on.

Sorry, just my opinion.

I will find out for sure...I'm just going by my ad lady. she relayed it to me in an email and stoped in later and said the same thing. If she is wrong I'll let you know. She has been doing this for me for 20 years but that doesn't mean she can't make a mistake..for that matter it could have been espnu or fox midwest. she deals with the local cable co.
 
When in doubt, go straight to the source.

The lady I just talked to at Comcast says the information she has right now shows it's being brought in on Channel 44 as a "special production".
 
From what I understand we are picking up the internet feed from Creighton and making it available on bubraves.com.

Internet yes, cable tv no.
