In a big game in Chicago area prep hoops, #1 ranked Simeon was lead by 23 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 blocks by Stan Simpson to barely beat Batavia in double-overtime. Batavia was lead by a game-high 29 points from Nick Freundt.
