I just found Lucas Kuipers on Rivals. He is listed as a 6-8, 220 Lb from Rochester (MN) Mayo. We are listed as offering along with Rice. Northwestern is also listed as recruiting him. I've never heard of him before but by the looks of the other schools we would not need to worry about him qualifying. Anybody else know about him ?

Here is the Rivals profile on Lucas Kuipers. He is 6'8", 230 pounds, and he plays for Mayo high school in Rochester, Minnesota.--
There is not much information available about him. It looks like Coach Les is going back "under the radar" to replenish his 2008 recruiting list.
Kuipers was an honorable mention All State player in Minnesota last year. -
I heard it was his team-mate we are after- Jordan Hicks- About 6'6 215...???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???Comment

Good call, Braveman. I have also heard that Jim Les likes Jordan Hicks and has offered a scholarship to him.
Here was an article from TwinCities.com that says Hicks has offers from Bradley, Illinois State, Wisconsin-Green Bay, and Albany.
Now that it is public knowledge that BU is recruiting Jordan Hicks, we've started a separate thread. There still isn't a lot of information on either of these kids.Comment

Lucas Kuipers has commited to Rice.
But his teammate Jordan Hicks is still consdiering Bradley, and has narrowed his choices to Bradley and Loyola--
