One line caught my attention-
Amir will play football for Northern Illinois, and the twins said they haven’t been apart for two days in their nearly 18 years....
Said Amir Brummett: “We’ll be an hour and 20 minutes away from each other, so I’m sure I’ll see him on the NIU campus and I’m sure you’ll see me on the Bradley campus.”
I have driven the route from Peoria to DeKalb many times. It is 125 miles, and takes me more than 2 hours. So if the Brummetts are going to make it in 1 hour 20 minutes, they have figured out a faster way than I have.

but he's probably thinking if they met say at the Starved Rock lodge for lunch they'd each only drive about an hour or hour & a half

Rockford to Peoria is just under 140 miles via highway 2, 26 and 29. Takes slightly more than 3 hours at 2 lane speeds.

"Bank of O'Fallon Shootout" this weekend...
Tonight they play Jennings at 5:30pm
Jennings (MO) is ranked #8 in Missouri (4A), and are 19-2 (Vashon is top ranked)
They play at Springfield HS next Friday
