BU recruit- 2018- Torrence Watson

Torrence Watson is a 6'4" shooting guard who is a junior (class of 2018 ) at Whitfield HS in Creve Coeur, Missouri (western suburb of St. Louis). Bradley has seen him play this summer, and one of our coaches was at Whitfield HS on Thursday, Sept. 15, to watch him in an open gym workout.

Yes, I made a typo in the last post. He is a 2018 recruit as the initial post describes.

Bradley has only had a couple 4-Star recruits in the past decade or two...
Josh Cunningham was 4-Star per Rivals, so was Cellus coming out of high school.
Mike Shaw also was coming out of high school - but he didn't go to Bradley out of HS. Yet having two 4-Star guys on the same team did not help Geno.
In fact, go back and look but from the early Steve Lavin era on, St. John's had SIXTEEN different 4-Star and 5-Star recruits, and yet during that entire era, they were little more successful than Bradley!

Yes, Missouri and St. Louis were among his finalists before he chose Ohio State. So if he is looking to stay closer to home, those coaches might have an advantage.
