I noticed one of my favorite Braves, Theron Wilson, was tagged in the comments below Barker's post. Wilson currently calls Australia home.

he's only getting 14-15 minutes as a backup but at least one observer has said he is outplaying the guy who starts ahead of him (Harris-Tunks) and ought to be getting more minutes.

I would think he'd help us more if he dropped off the team and headed here, but I guess now he won't be here (at least I hope) 'til the start of 2nd summer term - July 13

anyone interested in how Callum Barker played in his two games this past weekend?

Fri. he came off the bench & played 10:34, went 2-2 and ended up with 7 pts, 2 rebs, 1 blk in a 79-68 win over Frankston

Sat. he also came off the bench, was 2-4 had 4 pts, 4 rebs in a 79-75 loss at Nunawading

they have six more regular season games then their season ends August 14 followed by playoffs...
So - I would think (& hope) Callum would be leaving the team soon and heading to the US -

Callum is still in Australia and he just finished his Friday nite game...
His team lost 78-56 and in 15 min of play Callum was 2-4 & had 4 pts
They play next Friday and have 5 scheduled games left with the finale on 8/14..
Now that he's missed 2nd summer session I suspect he'll just stay and finish out his playing season in Australia, although I doubt that is what our coaches wanted to see.

Callum had 2 pts & 6 rebs and an assists & a block and it appears Callum got the start!
