It's also been my experience that a thread like this wouldn't normally still be up if some of our more inside-the-circle-of-trust mods hadn't already heard something positive. If true, I'm happy for Jordan and Bradley. BU never backed down, even when the bigger schools came a-callin'. Good for JL and EB that their persistence paid off. Get the kid draining threes to add to his powerful inside game, and you've got a star here in Peoria.

I respect your thought but as you know I disagree. The bigs will be ready from the start. Only Brown is new! We can't wait, we need to establish our style of play and the type of team we are going to be from day one. I have been saying for a long time, there is NO MV team that can match up to us on the inside! With the #'s/rotation of our bigs and if they put players on their butts and push them out of the paint,We win the MV!If we go small look for us to be 4-6 in the MV again. As much as Jimmy loves guards, I think he now knows that if we are going to be the force everyone wants, he has to have some horse's inside. I don't like guessing/picking the starting five but I will say this DD will win the MV #6 man award. Also I see us being a 9 to 10 deep team this year (5 true bigs and 5 guards).
As for JP what a great catch to go along with all the other bigs coming.
