  • BU recruit- 2014- Jordan Cornish

Bradley is recruiting Jordan Cornish, a 6'6" wing guard from Brother Martin (La.) High School in New Orleans. He committed last fall to Tennessee and remained committed until Cuonzo Martin left to take the California job, and Tennessee hired a new coach (Donnie Tyndall). He has since been granted his release from his Letter of Intent.
Cornish is one of the top uncommitted players available in the class of 2014.
Other schools that have expressed interest or extended invitations for visits include UCLA, Nebraska, SMU, Wake Forest, and Florida State.
The availability of Bradley's last scholarship is pending the decision today by Josh Cunningham.

Jordan Cornish is a 6-4, 185-pound Shooting Guard from New Orleans, LA.

We're full now BM, but I think I could still find room for him.

-new reports hint that UCLA may be out of the running for Jordan Cornish as they have signed other players, but at least one Pac-12 school still pursuing...

-SMU, Nebraska, and Wake Forest still strong on him...

            - if he's still interested in Bradley (or is this just spin?), then why don't we "FREE UP" and scholarship and get him?

Since he was recruited and signed by Cuonzo Martin at Tennessee, it seems likely that the other Pac-12 school that is interested might be Cal?

I don't know where Bradley would get another scholarship. They have a set plan to get as many players as possible in upper classes to graduate. Someone besides Wells and Fields would have to be leaving. I guess it could happen but it is doubtful at this late date.
