Chicago Curie product Josh Stamps is a freshman at TVCC and in the possibility that he might have been a qualifier, he conceivably could jump to DI either this year or next...(based on one article that said - "Stamps earned a qualifying ACT score ...")
He was said to have Bradley pretty high on his list when he was back in High School - so just maybe he'd still be an option for us...
...and btw- Green Bay was also one of his top listed choices last year, so I gotta believe our staff knows him and would want him!
but Josh is having a very good year-
Trinity Valley Community College is 24-1 and is a near-unanimous #1 ranked team in the nation... LINK
Josh starts and hits 50% of his shots, and 42% of his 3-pointers..
he's averaging 13 ppf & 3 rpg
But he's just coming off an incredible week...
-in last Wednesday's game he scored 26 pts, 6 rebs, 3 asst and hit 5-6 from the arc
-and in his other game, he went for 19 pts & 10 rebounds
