This is great news - Fenwick is coached by past Bradley player Rick Malnati and Lindsey is a good 6-5 shooting guard who is beginning to get plenty of attention
Here's Henricksen's full article on Lindsay - also - Drake & NIU have already offered
The search lasted about a month and a half and included a pool of 50-60 applicants, according to athletic director Scott Thies, before Fenwick hired Rick Malnati to become the new head coach of the boys varsity basketball team.
Programs that have joined Indiana State, a school that offered Lindsey a year ago, in offering Lindsey are Hampton, IUPUI, Drake, Nevada, NIU, Utah State and Albany. But a boatload of schools have inquired as he continued to impress in recent weeks, including Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Creighton, Illinois, Iowa, Bradley and Oregon State.
So according to Henricksen, it does not appear that Bradley has offered him yet, but is recruiting him.
However, Dave Reynolds tweeted this last night at 10:26 PM, so it does appear BU has offered.-
Also note a mention of a couple other players Bradley is recruiting, Luwane Pipkins and Christian Williams.
There is also a mention of a local kid, Nate Kennell of Metamora at the bottom of the article. he is called a breakout performer of the class of 2016. He was virtually unknown until this summer, and he put up great shooting numbers for the Illinois Wolves. I have heard the Bradley will be watching some of his games this coming season. Some people believe he could be "the next Nate Taphorn".
