I'd love to have Morrow, but from everything I have seen about him, I think he has risen above Bradley's level already.

So did Cunningham but we got him, so it's not impossible. Improbable maybe impossible nope.

Did Morrow's mother go to Bradley too?

I'd ask him if he thinks he is good enough to help BU take down NCAA Tourney high seed WSU during his college career....

If he's good enough, he can help make BU as high a level as he wants over 3-4 years on the Hilltop....

Little fish in a big pond, or, big fish in a little pond.... Like Creighton's McDermott, if you are good enough, you will get all the national pub and NBA opportunities you want, where ever you go.

In 2013 NBA Draft players from Lehigh, Murray State, Detroit, North Texas, S Dakota State, Bucknell, Providence, San Diego State, Long Beach State, and Colorado State drafted in first 2 rounds....

You and I know all that, but trying to convince a 17 year kid who is concerned about impressing his friends while the BCS guys are trying to persuade him with everything they offer. Players drafted from the BCS level outnumber that non-BCS draftees 5-10 to 1.

BU recruit Ed Morrow makes his choice....
ex-BU coach Jim Molinari & head coach Tim Miles steal one from us....Morrow is going to Nebraska

This is the 2nd huge commit that Nebraska has nabbed out of Illinois (also got Glynn Watson) -
gotta believe the addition of Jim Molinari is paying huge benefits...

One time Bradley recruit by Geno Ford, Ed Morrow, is leaving Nebraska after 2 seasons, and will transfer.

                      Considering Molinari Wanted...

Considering Coach Mo wanted him, it is a loss for us. If it were only Coach Ford recruiting him, I'd say, 'let him go'

He was a little undersized for a power forward in the Big Ten, but still played well. If he ends up at a mid-major, he will be very good. I expect DePaul to go after him.

from Simeon....Mac Irvin ... and putting up good numbers in the Big Ten...he won't waste his time checking out a mid-major..

I was really surprised to see this. There must be a lot going on behind the scenes. Part of his childhood he grew up in Nebraska, and both of his parents went there. As others have pointed out, he was productive there as well. This doesn't add up. I suppose maybe he wants to showcase himself more, but if so going to a high major won't likely do that. If he played in the Valley or similar conference he would probably shine.

it used to be an oddity if the kid didn't fit..
but now it happens at almost every program every year as a method of re-tooling the roster
