I believe Alec will have some high major offers this spring and summer. 6'7 and can flat shoot the leather off the ball. He also has toughness and IQ to go with it. First school that comes to mind (High Major Wise) is Wisconsin! Just an Opinion. But I know he is open to all schools and not worried what confrence they play in or where they are located. Just wants to be a good fit for him academically and basketball wise!
he has improved...since July..no doubt..think he is a great kid as well and i am sure BU can use the shooting...i know they can!!
He seems to be a late bloomer recruiting wise so that is why I was curious. The scary part of this is that there is a possibility that he could get taller!
Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™
I agree we better do it and the sooner the better. As I've said before ,I really liked Bispling but I like Peters better. Someone on another post said they like Peters better then Taphorn and I have to agree.
As of last week, four MVC schools have been in contact. Bradley is not one of the four.

I agree midstate. From the video, high major teams like Wisconsin or Purdue seem to be a perfect fit.

I don't understand why we aren't all over him instead of Taphorn. I like Taphorn but I like Peters much better. I guess we have to have faith Geno has people better that he thinks he can get. Time will tell.

I don't follow the local recruiting scene but it seems there are a lot of people who are high on Peters, even moreso than Taphorn. I have a buddy who keeps an eye on the local scene and here is what he said (verbatim) about the two:
"peters is more polished at this point, but doesn't have the upside of taphorn. one recruiter told me thinks taphorn could end up being poor mans version of gordon hayward from Butler who is now on the Jazz. this summer will be the deciding factor on who ends up getting any or more high-major offers."
This kid is the real deal. I'd put him far above Taphorn at this point. If I'm him I'm holding out, that list of low-level mid-majors in the list above I'd bet will improve by the time he's finished. A legit 6' 7" with a nice jump shot, high revving motor, and the ability to put the ball on the floor and drive to the bucket. I wouldn't doubt at all if some higher profile D-1s come calling.
"But instead lets just hate while their MBB and WBB programs play blackjack against BU. Twenty-One in a row, seven by the Men & 14 by their women." ~NSBF
