Bring on the BIG player now
I would think this would make it so we would have no reason to sign another small guard this year. We should go big now for sure. We have Dodie,Sam,DSE,and EM all who can play point guard at times. Even with an injury or if EM didn't come back we are still set at Point and have DS the next year.

I don't know if I've seen this question ever answered, but.. Do AAU teams keep stats on players over the summer? It would be nice to look at DS numbers in AAU vs. HS to see how his game changes with an increase in talent all over the court.
I've seen him play twice. Once as a freshman and once as a sophomore. He was very good both times and seemed to be the best player on the floor as a frosh over Roth as a senior.
And, of course, I'd love to get more clues on which other local is close...

Donivine Stewart has seen the USA via his AAU basketball experiences over the years. But he??™s a homebody at heart.
That was a big factor in the Limestone all-stater??™s oral commitment to Bradley this past weekend after he narrowed his final choices to West Virginia, DePaul and BU, all of which made him scholarship offers. At the end of his official visit to Bradley, the 5-foot-10 junior point guard for his high school in Bartonville told Braves coach Jim Les yes.???I love the city of Peoria and I really love playing for my city,??? Stewart said. ???During AAU season, the Chicago kids call me ???Peoria.??™ Playing for Bradley is like playing for my hometown.???
Stewart has grown up going to Bradley basketball games at Carver Arena.
???I love that the Bradley fans come out every night no matter what,??? he said. ???I love the coaching staff and the players. Bradley is all basketball, as far as I??™m concerned.???
Donivine was at almost every home game this year. He loved the fans who "come out no matter what".
So the great Bradley fans can take a little credit for Donivine picking Bradley!

Not gonna lie that Will was a good basketball player so I hope Donivine's skills are similar if not better, but I hope Donivine's attitude is nothing like Will's.

Coach promised me he??™d be there for four years and I promised him I??™d give 100 percent for four years."???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again.
