Colorado State (32-63 over the past 3 seasons!) <<<<<< Bradley!!
(but I must admit Colorado (Ft. Collins) is not a bad place to live if you want to get away from it all)

Looks like BU is not recuiting Chievous anymore. It is interesting that Chievous does not have scholarship offer from ANY of the schools he lists in his top 6...

I am hearing also that the prep school option may be where he ends up.

Chievous -- who still remains unrated by many services (scout.com. Rivals, etc) -- verbals to Cuonzo Martin & Tennessee.

This article quotes Tom Les, his coach...
"..Chievous cited Tennessee's coaching staff, including a pre-existing
relationship with new Vols' assistant Tracy Webster...along with the chance
to play on a big conference stage

In the end though, Chievous' high school coach at Notre Dame, Tom Les, felt
Martin pushed the Vols' over the top..... he hadn't decided yet until this
morning," Les said of the decision. "I think the difference is that he felt a real
connection with coach Martin. Coach Martin had contacted us about Quinton
when he was at Missouri State."

Les feels that Tennessee is getting a player whose best basketball is ahead
              of him.

"He never got out in the summers and he really didn't play much AAU ball so
he wasn't really on a lot of people's radar the way he might have been," Les
said. "As our season went on and we improved, we went 22-9, he started
getting some attention that he deserved.

"He's a very explosive player. I think what people will like about his game is
              his athletic ability and explosiveness."

That explosiveness led to Chievous averaging 22 points and 11 rebounds as a
              senior."

Former Bradley recruit Quinton Chievous, who was recruited by the previous Bradley coaching staff before he ended up committing to Tennessee, has decided to leave Tennessee and transfer. In his 3 seasons at Tennessee, he used a redshirt year, and played extremely little in the other 2 years.

In case people missed this first round result from the NCAA last night, Hampton beat Manhattan, and will advance to meet #1 seed Kentucky on Thursday night. Quentin Chevious had a great game for Hampton, scoring 15 points, and 13 rebounds, and playing great defense to lead Hampton to the win. Unfortunately, he suffered an ankle injury late in the game and did not play the last couple minutes.
He had a couple highlight dunks that can be seen in the video here on ESPN-
Expert recap and game analysis of the Hampton Pirates vs. Manhattan Jaspers NCAAM game from March 17, 2015 on ESPN.

He is former Bradley recruit. He initially went to play for Cuonzo Martin at Tennessee. He redshirted his first year, then stayed 2 more seasons, but played very little. Then he transferred to Hampton where he played this season, and averaged 10.3 ppg and 6.4 rpg.

Chievous was a Bradley recruit who played at Notre Dame HS for Tom Led.
Bradley was in on him but he (no surprise) chose the offer from Tennessee.
