The other newcomer, Western Illlinois was picked 4th.

Northern Iowa was 2nd, Youngstown State was 3rd, WIU 4th, SIU 5th, South Dakote State 6th, Missouri State 7th, Illinois State 8th, and Indiana State 9th.

I think you are right. WIU was already in the Gateway for football, and SDSU is new to the mix.
