    Tiger has decided to have season ending ACL repair surgery, and will not play on the tour for the rest of 2008.

    Too bad. There go the ratings for televised golf tournaments. Tournaments that have Tiger draw 2 to 3 times the ratings as the ones he is not competing in.

        So Tiger wins the US Open with a bad ACL and a double stress fracture of his left tibia. Simply amazing!

          ......and volume on the stock market was down 25% on Monday. This was directly attributed to his playoff with Rocco.

              Tiger is probably one of the greatest golfers of all time, but a real golf fan will watch no matter who is playing. All those guys are unbelievealby talented.

                Tiger has reconstructive surgery today and the doctors report there were no surprises and that it is "highly unlikely" there will be any long term effects.
