Josh Parr was drafted in 2011 and has now played 3 years in the Diamondbacks' minor league system, but now is returning to University of Illinois to get his degree. His younger brother Justin also will end his minor league career and finish up getting his degree, and only Jordan Parr will still be playing in the minors.
It was fun while it lasted but only 4% of kids in the minors make it to the majors, and their decisions have been made. Congrats to the Parr brothers who have made Central IL proud.
