BU's task force has released it's recommendations to curb student drinking--

I'm positive that it won't work. Back in 03 or 04 I was back at Bradley, and cops were pulling kids off the sidewalk to check if they were drinking and giving drinking tickets (first and only time I've ever seen this when people are WALKING and not visibly intoxicated). If that didn't work, then nothing new they come up with will either.
