As any college football fan knows, this season has had a large number of upsets throughout the season. For example, the W-L record for the number two ranked team throughout the season was 7-6 with five of those losses coming against unranked teams. USC, California, South Florida, Boston College, and Oregon all lost to unranked teams when they held the number two ranking in the AP poll. Kansas was the lone number two team to lose to another ranked team (Missouri).
