  • Cubs Preseason games 2019

I'm looking for some local intel on the Cubs preseason games. I'm writing from Austin, TX and can't seem to find any info on where to listen the games or when they'll begin to be broadcast. I have an MLB package an no games are listed for audio or television. I have a TuneIn Radio account, but 670 The Score was removed from TuneIn about a year ago. What am I missing? There will be broadcasts of preseason Cubs baseball, right? Appreciate any insight.

The games are broadcast on WSCR (The Score) AM 670 in Chicago, and a bunch of affiliate radio stations all over the Midwest.
Here is a list of the affiliate TV and radio stations (radio is at the bottom)-

Unfortunately, none of the stations are anywhere near Texas. And 670 The Score radio has a Listen Live button in the upper right, however, MLB prevents radio stations from making them available via audio stream. So unless something is different this season, the Listen Live button will not work for the games, and they would not be available on any streaming sites.

Here is the Cubs schedule, and if you hold your cursor over any date, it will show the TV and radio broadcast options-

Maybe you can get the ones on network TV or WGN.
Even if you don't have an MLB subscription, some of the spring training games have free audio streams.
Here is the link for today's game, which the Cubs lead 5-4 over the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 5th inning-

If you do have an MLB subscription, you should be able to watch the games, even the spring training games.
Here is a schedule page. Just click on the small TV icon to the right-

It opens a new window with links to radio or TV for each game-

You can change the date at the top of the page to see every game.

And if for some reason you are unable to see the games on MLB.com, there are always bootleg sites that have the video streams like this.

You'll get a lot of popup screens and ads, but just remember to close any popup immediately, and do not download anything even if they say you have to.
But if you navigate through the ads and popups, they have pretty good quality streams. Pick the SD streams, wait for the video stream to start, and click on the arrow to start. Again, close any popups screens immediately and click again until the video begins.
Here is today's White Sox game-
Worldcup Football SportsHD Streams, NBA streams, NFL streams, MLB streams, NHL streams and more on SportsHD. Watch live sports streams on SportsHD Reddit.

Thanks Da Coach. Very helpful and useful information. I was able to find the audio at MLB.
