    TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- For the second game in a row, Bradley (26-16, 9-8) took advantage of a pitching gem by rallying late, this time for a 6-1 Missouri Valley Conference baseball win at Indiana State (21-22, 4-13) to make head coach Dewey Kalmer the 36th coach in NCAA Division I history to win 1,000 career games.? In his 39th year as a collegiate head coach and his 29th year at Bradley, Kalmer improved to 1,000-881-5 and becomes the 14th active Division I coach to join the 1,000-win club.

    Great job, Dewey...

    BU Baseball just completed a sweep of Indiana State AND Illinois State, and goes to 27-16, and is 12-1 over its last 13 games!

    Bradley got off to a rough start this season, although all their losses were to good D-I programs.

    Illinois State baseball has hit the skids.
    Did anyone notice that Illinois State (20-25) just got beat by D-III Illinois Wesleyan, and that their wins recently have been over non-DI's like St. Xavier (they actually won 2 of 3 from St.X), after getting swept by Bradley.
    ISU is in a nosedive, losing 8 of their last 10 D-I games.
