As a Redbird fan I feel it my duty to scour sites looking for dish on you braves. The only thing of notice on bubraves.com is that bradley is having cheerleading tryouts this weekend.

Can we please get some real cheerleaders for bu? Its about time ya'll caught up with Reggie and his pals.

Hey, there have been twenty-some people that have viewed this post and no one 'cept for Tornado wants to leave any kind of response.

C'mon our cheerleaders are pretty good. So is the band...if they'll let 'em play.

The cheerleaders do a great job.

        Now, back to basketball.

If you or ISU knew anything about cheerleading then it would be obvious that the Bradley Cheerleaders are better than ISU by FAR! We are much more clean, professional, and collegiate! Maybe you should to come to a Bradley game and learn what real cheerleading is supposed to look like!

Anyone with any cheerleading knowledge could tell that the skills of the Bradley cheerleading team are far more superior to that of the ISU cheerleading team. Next time you want to rip on someone make sure you know what your talking about or shut your mouth.

Well, even though I have never felt the need to post anything on this site I feel it my civic duty to do so in this case. As a Bradley Graduate and a former member of the Bradley Cheerleading team I have experienced both squads personally. I do feel that ISU has a commendable cheerleading squad, however if you knew anything about the basics of the sport you would be able to see the noticeable differences in both schools. First off Bradley is a much cleaner squad overall. Motions are sharp, voices are clearly heard, and stunts are precise and usually nothing is attempted that has the possibility of falling. Second, they are a much safer squad. Cheerleading is a rough sport, I know that first hand, however I have never been hurt to bad and have never seen anyone fall as hard as I have seen ISU cheerleaders fall. Not just in a practice setting but during games and while on TV. If you feel it your obligation to visit a Bradley University site and critique the cheerleading squad and you are knowledgeable about their tryouts this weekend, how about you make the trip and visit their program. I am sure the coaching staff there would love your knowledgeable comments. However, as an ISU fan I doubt you have the courage to travel to the forsaken land of BU by yourself, not to mention do you have the knowledge required to drive a car such a distance? If there are only a few things I know, I know this: individuals from ISU tend to speak and comment on subjects they know nothing about; you have most certainly proven this. In addition, if your free time is spent scouring the sites of rival colleges, you need to attend a truly academic conscience school and if you have graduated, tend to your own sites and stop wasting my time forcing me to respond to unfounded, obtuse comments.

Wow, redbird 1236, you really got the BU cheer squad riled up with your comments. Thanks to the Bradley cheerleaders who have come on here with their views. Keep up the great work, and keep posting!

I have been impressed as a BU fan, that the cheerleaders not only are talented and entertaining, but also very friendly and interact extremely well with the youngsters in the crowd.

By the way, for those who don't know--
The BU cheerleaders will be out at Shea tonight to help cheer the Braves on to a soccer victory over DePaul.
I plan to swing down from Chitown after work and be there by 7:30PM.
