well, not yet...but it soon will be....
The MLB Players Assoc agrees to "pitchless intentional walks"...
so if it gets fully approved - the pitcher will no longer have to pitch four balls - he can just waive the batter down to 1st base the way's it's done in junior hi & high schools.
so..now how long before the just let the batter hit it off a tee?
