Peoria Central grad, now Missouri nose tackle, 335 pound Josh Augusta makes a nice pass deflection and interception. His wide receiver skills he learned at Peoria High came in handy.

There's one other kid who isn't mentioned... who went to high school IN Peoria in the 1980's who ended up playing later in the NBA ...
