The new Spring Training facility in Mesa Az looks fantastic. Developing an entertainment district adjacent to it, Wrigleyville SW.

If you are a Cubs fan, you have to make a pilgrimage here. Its been in the 70's for the past two weeks!

Many aren't happy with the Cubs. They were supposed to do a lot more to develop the district. Good example is Mesa had to do most of the work to get a new hotel in the district.
