USC just fired head coach Lane Kiffin mid-season - but really - how can USC's bad performance be blamed on Kiffin - it's really Pete Carroll & Tim Floyd's fault...
- Kiffin (USC head coach since 2010) was hogtied with NCAA sanctions on scholarships and recruiting that were a direct result of Floyd & Carroll's actions...
Kiffin was making close to $4 million per year - so it's hard to feel too bad for him...especially since it's reported he'll keep making that salary for two more years.
