Major concerns about the state headed towards bankruptcy and unfunded pension burdens...
This is all quite unprecedented.... - cities, the states, and even the entire USA as well as the Chicago Public Schools have all had their debt ratings downgraded as municipalities go bankrupt yet keep spending and wasting money - is anyone listening?
I guess Gov. Quinn shoulda been trying to help these guys instead of giving away tens of millions to private schools while throwing these guys under the bus...
