New law might affect recruiting

lots of coaches and assistant coaches utilize the time they spend on the road, driving - to phone recruits and get in touch with their cell phones...some have even been ticketed in construction zones for talking on the cell phone..

That could change in Illinois as our legislature seems to think people are incapable of driving and talking at the same time..they are about to ban hand held cell phones statewide...
