Biggest choke job, collapse, gack-a-thon, ev-er by US Golfers yesterday at
Medinah in the Ryder Cup. Europe rode the US right out of town. On home soil, on a course
set up to give the US an advantage.

Our guys played not to lose, the old prevent defense, then played just well enough TO LOSE.

Time and time again the US gacked it up big time when they needed to make a shot. Europe made every clutch shot/putt it needed. The US missed every
clutch shot/putt it needed.

When Furyk gagged on his balata on 18 to lose a point, knew it was ALL OVER BABY... hole, round, and match.

Tom Watson was once asked why the U.S. struggled so badly in so many Ryder Cups.

Watson responded 'Maybe the answer is the one nobody wants to acknowledge. Maybe the Europeans are just better than us'.

PGA.com noted 'The United States lost this Ryder Cup because the Europeans were much better closers over the final three holes.'

A real keen sense of the obvous, them guys at the PGA....

Europe has dominated the US in the Ryder Cup through the last 2-3 generations of players.

US ought to just concede (and skip) the next several Ryder Cups to avoid total embarrassment.
