This morning I ran into a distant relative of Campbell "Stretch" Miller and we had an interesting talk....ISU fans may also recall Stretch...
Stretch Miller was a long time athlete (he is one of ISU's greatest basketball players and played there in the 1930's), broadcaster, journalist, St. Louis Cards play-by-play guy, local Peoria sports icon, and even civic leader...
I am sure Dave Reynolds & Dave Snell would remember Stretch....

Anyway -- this fall marks the 40th anniversary of Stretch's passing and his induction into BOTH the BU (B-Club) Honorary HOF, and the ISU Athletic Hall of Fame...
