This is per a column in the Bradley Scout naming the top stories on campus this school year...
It seems like a pretty slow year without much good to talk about since about half the items on the list - like cafeteria renovations and a sorority moving to a new house - are pretty trivial things.
Looks like we need a Sweet Sixteen or a championship of some sort.
10 - A couple campus organizations - Pi Beta Phi and Hillel - find new homes
9 - BU gets new campus police chief
8 - Activities Council has a bad year - sure did, so why host acts who nobody gives a cr** about?
7 - Geisert Hall cafeteria is renovated - whoa - wish I was there for the ribbon-cutting
6 - University gets contract with new food provider (so this is news?)
5 - Dr. Glasser diagnosed with cancer (actually she was diagnosed in 2008 and this year was found to have recurrent cancer)
4 - Sold out basketball game on campus - seriously?? this is further down the list than the stupid thing they have at #3? Guy's not a sports fan.
3 - Free condoms available on campus - I kinda have to think this is likely true at every college - even Catholic ones
2 - Renaissance Campaign is completed - great news - huge sums raised - thanks to all who gave!
1 - Mitt Romney visits campus - man was this a slow year if Mitt coming is #1?
