  • Meet the Braves

We started a new feature on BradleyBraves.com Thursday: Meet the Braves. Each Tuesday and Thursday, Dave Snell will produce a video snippet with a Bradley student-athlete. The feature debuted yesterday with men's tennis player Juan Diego Cuadrado.

Page Not Found (404): It looks like you're lost... The page you are looking for no longer exists.

Juan and the Braves will close out a 3-match home stand tomorrow when they host IPFW in a noon match at the David Markin Tennis Courts. Come check out some free Bradley sports action tomorrow afternoon.

I've met Juan through his scholarship sponsors the Wrights. He a great kid and a great tennis player. He's really improved his game and has one of the top records on the team this year. The men's tennis team is playing well and is on a roll right now, winning 5 of their last 6 matches.
I will try to make it to Saturday's match, unless the BU women basketballers are still playing. Go BU!

Great job with the videos Bobby and Dave!

Nice to get these kids some exposure and let us fans/supporters get to know them a little better. Thanks Bobby and Dave!

Arthur is another player from Spain. He had a winning singles record last year as a freshman and has one of the best singles records this year at 17-5. Another solid player.

Thursday's Meet the Braves features women's basketball freshman Shronda Butts:

Of course, you are reminded the Braves will play a second-round game in the Women's Basketball Invitational Sunday. If Minnesota wins tonight, the game will be in Minneapolis at 2 p.m. and can be heard on WIRL and BradleyBraves.com. If Charleston Southern beats Minnesota, the Braves will host the second round game at 4 p.m. Sunday at Renaissance Coliseum and you are encouraged to attend. If you cannot make it, the game will be available for viewing and listening on BradleyBraves.com.
