Softball Tops UC Santa Barbara 2-1 In Season Opener

Sophomore transfer Bailiegh Basham had a strong debut in her first game in a Bradley uniform, scoring the game-winning run when she stole home in the top of the eighth inning and drove in BU's other run in a 2-1, eight-inning victory against UC Santa Barbara Friday morning in the Braves first game at the 2012 Kajikawa Classic.
