  • MVC Preseason Baseball Poll

    #1 Missouri State
    #2 Creighton
    #3 Wichita State
    .
    .
    .
#7 Bradley - pretty much DIS-respect considering Bradley returns ALL BUT ONE position starter
and also returns EIGHT pitchers and has a good incoming recruiting class.
    #8 Evansville
(UNI & Drake do not have baseball)

For the record- Bradley did finish 8th last year (also 7th in 2010, and 8th in 2009).

They also have not placed a single player on the All-MVC in the past 3 years, and have not had a single player on the All-Tournament team either for the last 3 seasons.

    Hopefully it's different this year.

Are you talking 1st Team only??

"..junior outfielder Mike Tauchman, a second team all-MVC pick a season ago.."
Tauchman is also currently on the 2012 MVC Preseason All-Conference Team

Joe Bircher was also 2nd Team All-MVC last year and Jason Leblebijian was Honorable Mention All-MVC..for the second straight year

Plus Mike McMillan, Matt Fritz, and Brain Martin were all 2010 MVC Baseball All-Conference Second Team the year before,
while Jason Leblebijian and Patrick Cooper were both Honorable Mention in 2010
