    It's a move only a couple of the wealthiest teams could afford to even consider doing. And it goes against everything the waiver system was designed for in the NFL.

        It's irrelevant to me whether Dallas got him. I wish they did. I couldn't care less who got him. I am happy the Bears did not get him. I don't think he is an improvement over what they already have. Sorry you can't see what the issue is...one team is trying to make a mockery of the waiver system.
