Tebow with the 20 yard run to win the game with 58 seconds left. He is now 4-1 as a starter in the NFL. Who needs to be a good passer when you have "IT".
As ugly as it is, he wins football games. Doesn't matter whether you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning and Tebow wins games
He's beaten some bad teams (except for the Jets). It doesn't take much to be competitive in that division. I can't see Tebow leading a team to a Super Bowl unless his passing improves. His team seems to love him, and it sounds like he is a good leader. DET destroyed him, and I expect CHI to do the same.
I can do all things through pasta, which strengthens me.
What?? Is the standard that a rookie backup QB MUST lead his team to the Superbowl before anyone admits he has any ability or talent??
anyway -- the Jets are not a bad team - they were sitting one game behind the Patriots in their division and the Pats have the fewest losses in the whole NFC

Tebow is not a rookie. Also I said except the Jets.
My favorite Tebow quote so far: "He must be able to see angels...there is no other explanation for where he throws the ball."
The point of football is to win the Superbowl. I can't project him leading a team that far. He probably will end up with a lot of 7-9 to 9-7 (maybe 10-6) seasons, which is fine if that's what you want. If you want to talk about talent, he is the worst passer in the NFL but can run well. He wasn't drafted to be a back-up QB either.

Very much agree. IMO, as a QB, Tebow is better suited to be a TE in the NFL.

Agreed. Tebow certainly brings a lot of emotions out of people.
So far he is a backup QB doing a nice job leading his team to victories. Yes he does so in an unconventional style. In the ultra conservative world of the NFL doing something unconventional is rarely heard of. Good job Broncos for adjusting the game play to fit his skills.
Almost every QB in the NFL will never win a Super Bowl....is that really the only standard there is? In that case almost every QB is a failure.
Can't believe the trash talk about Tebow from Bears fans.
Something tells me that everyone on this thread is not a Bears fan.

Here is a list of Bears starting quarterbacks (sorry I left the link off a previous post). There are a lot of really bad QBs. Probably few if any teams have had a worse collection of starting quarterbacks over the past 50 years.
Tebow again carries his entire team and wins again..in the process he carries the ball himself more times than has been done in the NFL by a quarterback in 60 years!
He has Denver in contention for a playoff spot despite woeful predictions a few games back when they were 1-4 and 2-5...
Now he faces the slumping Vikings & then the beatable, QB-less Bears, then finishes with sub-500 KC & Buffalo...so a 10-6 finish is not out of the question...
BUT -- here's a prediction -- even if he gets the Broncos into the playoffs after their terrible start...he will still get trashed by some who appear to have an odd bias against the guy. Time will tell.
I'm probably going to hell for saying this, but after watching the game yesterday, Tebow's role in the Broncos win was way overrated! The Denver defense has a lot to do with the winning streak, and Willis McGahee's 117 yards rushing against the Chargers was a bigger factor in the win as well. I will say that Tebow is a leader, albeit a terrible quarterback.
