This really surprises me. I know Jim liked his years in Philadelphia, but it seems to make more sense for him to wait and try to get a deal with an American League team. With the Phillies, he will be lucky to get more than 100 at bats all year.

Sounds like when the Sox traded him to the Dodgers. That trade still sticks in my craw.
