+1. But, you must admit amckillip that Obama has done little to nothing to improve our situation...... and, it could be argued, his poor leadership has actually made Bush's problem worse.

The Republican congressional candidates ran on the premise that jobs were their number one priority. However, when they got to office, they forgot their "promise". Both parties make promises that they do not honor, but the inaction from this campaign promise is very glaring and it doesn't matter which country you are from.

People said jobs cos that's what they wanted to hear, oh well, chalk it up to our wonderful political system.. ;p

One thing that I CAN guarantee Rick is that I can NOT pick the bottom. I'll probably watch how this thing plays out over the next week or so and, if the world doesn't come apart at the seams, I'll begin to DCA back in until I see confirmation of an upward trend. I DO think we may see one more leg up of 10-30% before the wheels completely fall off next summer.

We may be seeing that buying opportunity this coming Tuesday Rick. If things don't fall apart on Monday I think we are potentially poised for a 20% pop before real trouble finds us.

I hope so because I've gone a little bit long in my IRA yesterday, first time since April, when it bounced off the previous low. Probably wrong, the talk right now is pretty dire. But several sectors have been beat up badly and they were the ones I picked and I'll hold for a month or so and see then.
