DAYTON, Ohio ??“ The Bradley defense turned in a dominating performance and the Braves offense provided plenty of pressure, but could not break through as a deep Bradley squad battled host Dayton to a scoreless draw in exhibition men??™s soccer action Thursday afternoon at Baujan Field.
Experimenting with a number of different player combinations, Bradley head coach Jim DeRose used 23 players in Thursday??™s scrimmage.

Bradley will open the 2011 regular season with a 2-game road swing through Indiana, where they will visit defending Horizon League champion Butler Aug. 26 and IPFW Aug. 28. The defending Missouri Valley Conference Tournament champion, Bradley will open the home schedule by hosting former Valley rival Eastern Illinois Sept. 1 and Horizon League member Green Bay Sept. 3.
