Here's something I didn't know - this will be the first time the Bears and Packers have met in the NFC Championship game since 1941.... kind of like the Cubs and White Sox meeting in the World Series.
And speaking of scummiest coaches, nice to see "Mr. Torn Sweatshirt" and his Patriots get eliminated from the playoffs AGAIN! That makes the Super Bowl a whole lot easier for which ever team comes out of the NFC. Hopefully that will be us!
Thought I'd let everyone know, I just got two tickets to the game. BE JEALOUS!
... At the end, of the storm, there's a golden sky. And the sweet silver song of the lark. Walk on, through the wind, walk on, through the rain, though your dreams be tossed, and blown. Walk on, Walk on with hope in your hearts, and you'll never walk alone!
I'm behind you 100% Bradley Braves, You'll Never Walk Alone! BEAT STATE!
It is football, outdoors, in January. It would be no different at Lambeau Field. Though some Seahawks were complaining, I didn't see any Bears slipping yesterday.
But it should still be no problem for the best team in the NFL (Packers) against the 10th best team in the NFL (the Bears).

Steelers have resodded their field 3 times this season. The Bears should be forced to by the NFL.
When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

Heinz Field was resodded once by the NHL after their Winter Classic hockey game. But I can't find any reference that it's been done more than once. However, no field in the NFL is resodded more often than Soldier Field. Soldier Field is re-sodded a minimum of 3 times every year. (see last sentence)
