Semi OT: Dan McLaughlin

For those who don't know the name, he does TV play-by-play for Cardinals baseball and does some of the MVC Games of the Week as well.

Well, he was arrested for suspicion of driving drunk. And his license could be revoked because he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

Difference is, TLR actually took a breath test. DM does have to take the place of awesome mug shot pic though, showing off that tan looking absolutely faced.

A few of the comments on the Post-Dispatch website do mention this, but only because they claim he has made fun of overweight fans as well in the past (when he was supposedly skinny). Karma, perhaps?

I have nothing against him, heck I don't really know him! But he seems like a workhorse:

1. MVC Telecasts.
2. Cardinals baseball.
3. ESPNU play-by-play, including the UNI-BU game (and giving some props to Dave Snell).
4. Missouri basketball/football high school championships.
5. Big 12 football (either on PPV or Fox College Sports)

And in the recent past, he has done those regional FOX Saturday Baseball games (not the top games that are available in the majority of TV households) and NFL on FOX (again, same deal with the baseball).

Hopefully, he learns that drinking and driving don't mix!
