Wow what a game 2, glad the Hawks were able to withstand the pressure the Flyers put on in the 3rd period. 2-0 Hawks in the series, time to go to Philadelphia.

BTW interesting to note that apparently the United Center might be hosting viewing parties for the games in Philly, can anyone verify this? If so, I would definitely be interested in going up there after work this week and watching the games there.

After not looking real good in 2 losses in Philadelphia, the Blackhawks are playing about as well as its possible to play tonight. They lead 5-2 and have been skating circles around the Flyers through the first 2 periods.

If anyone wants to watch great hockey, check out the final period. Its on NBC.

If only we would have won game 3 in Philadelphia, we had so many good chances... it would be all over and won at home. Now it's down to two games and we've still got home ice. But I don't want it to come down to the last game, so I hope we win it Wednesday in Philadelphia. I like that Pronger kid 6-6 220 on the Flyers, opposing fans boo the ones they'd like to have. Go Blackhawks! I hope so, its been a long time

Come on FW-O. You know team players in sports have always been referred to as kids, always have been and always will be no matter how old or how much money they make. They are kids sports and lucky and skilled enough to still be able to play them Go Blackhawks!

Respectfully disagree, anybody that has been in the top level of professional sports for as long as Pronger is about as far from being referred to as 'kid" as it gets.
Here is my favorite Pronger play of all time, perhaps some of the St. Louis fans will remember it fondly as I do.

Since were are talking about "kids", one thing that is amazing about the Chicago Blackhawks' run to the Stanley Cup Finals is that they are the youngest team in the NHL, and have been for the last 2 seasons.
That bodes well for their future. The only thing that could break up this team is the strict salary cap that The NHL enforces, and the fact that the Hawks are close to the max now. Most of the key stars are signed for several more years, but a couple of their players will become free agents and it won't be likely the Hawks can re-sign them (Burish and Madden are unrestricted free agents after this year; Kopecky and Sopel the following year).

This guy (I didn't say kid this time), he doesn't look like a kid? Maybe he looks like "Dennis the Menace", I like his game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NxcV...eature=related He's picking up our game pucks! I wish I was still a kid. And yes DC, we're a young team with a potentially good future. Go Blackhawks!
