Tim Lincecum won his second straight NL Cy Young, beating out Cardinal's Chris Carpenter and Adam Wainwright. Those 3 candidates were separated by a total of 10 points, with Wainwright garnering the most 1st place votes. It would appear that Wainwright and Carpenter pulled votes away from each other.
