I went to high school and played baseball with Seth's dad, good guy and actually back in his day he wasnt a real bad player.

5th round money a few years ago was around $100 K for HS players so they would not be tempted to go to college. One thing about baseball is that it is a crap shot with these drafts and there are plenty of guys who got drafted even later and are now hall of famers or future (i.e. Mike Piazza). Getting picked in the 5th round is a great honor!
