As a Denver Broncos fan, I hate this. I was pretty livid the day the Broncos hired McDaniels. Our biggest problem had always been defense, and the thought we didn't hire a defensive coordinator for the job of head coach made me pretty angry. Now, McDaniels causes this. I believe Jay may be acting rashly, but McDaniels might be throwing away the next great quarterback.

Being a fellow Bronco fan, i will say- McDaniels ruined this team if Cutler does indeed go...

Having nearly all my relatives living in Colorado and huge Bronco fans, their thinking is Cutler would never be another John Elway. That's the problem with most Bronco fans they want another Elway and that's not going to happen.

The Bears already have a quarterback- Mike Glennon, formerly a backup at Tampa Bay. He will get a $45 million contract from the Bears for 3 years.
For now anyway, Mike Glennon is the Bears' quarterback of the future. Though the Bears had not made it official as of late Thursday night, Glennon and his wife, Jennifer, arrived at O'Hare Airport mi...

He has thrown a total of 11 passes in the NFL in the last 2 seasons, all on one late-game drive for Tampa Bay in a blowout loss last season.

But he did put up some decent numbers in 2013 & 2013 in a limited number of games.

of course they have a quarterback - they probably have more than one under contact but not a whole lot of fans and media are very impressed

I'm gonna stick my neck out and predict the Bears will not see a surge in new season ticket purchases when they announce the signing of Mike Glennon.

The Mike Glennon signing by the Chicago Bears is viewed by one ESPN analyst as average at best.

The Bears did it. They actually did it. Since mid-December, we've heard reports that Mike Glennon, who has attempted 11 passes since the start of the 2015 season, could command up to $15 million a year on the open market. We all laughed.
