I bet more people have now seen those ads then what would have happened during the Super Bowl. PETA has been able to now show their message to a wide audiance without paying a dime. Have you seen the one with Alicia Silverstone? Makes me almost become a vegetarian.

I understand why they were not allowed, not that there's not enough bad taste material out there anyway.
