3 things i want to bring up and see what people are thinking.

    1) Bears obviously need a WR. Are we going to the draft for this WR, or FA market? and who out of those decisions do the bears go with. If Plaxico is let go...do the bears take him? He would be the biggest personality the bears have seen since McMahon

    2) Does it seem odd that the WIlliams controversy got "taken care of" just 2 days after the Bears played the Vikings? playing a little bit of a conspiracy theorist...but i wouldn't put it past some people to do that

    3) Who is going to win the NFC North now that the "Williams Wall has fallen." Bears look in good shape to do that, Vikings have looked good since they beat the bears, and Packers are still alive

    just wondering what people think.
Gloria: Who's side are you on?
Jay: She's my daughter, you're my wife. Let's remember what's important, there's a football game on today

I'll chime in with a couple of points here. keep in mind, I am a Vikings and Colts fan though!

      1. I doubt that the Bears will go after Plax. The price may be right, but the Bears dont seem to be a team that gives second chances to problem players. Besides, Chicago is the place where wide receivers go to die.

      2. Given the remaining schedules, I think that the Packers can end up winning the division. IMO, the Pack can very easily go 4-0 to finish the season. They play Houston, @ Jacksonville, @ Chicago, and Detroit.
Depending on the Williams' situation, I think that the Vikes can at best finish 2-2 but more likely 1-3. I think that the Bears could go 2-2 but I am hoping for the schadenfreude 0-4!

      3. To slightly answer your Williams question, it always helps to have a judge on your side. I dont know about this being a conspiracy though.....
      Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™
