They have started their Top 144 Teams in 144 Days for the 2006-2007 season. Some of their selections are a bit puzzling as always.
#144- Montana
#143- Wake Forest
#142- Ohio (without Jeremy Fears)
#141- Coastal Carolina (I guess they want to inject a little humor!)
#140- Coppin State (correct that, a lot of humor!)
#139- Alabama State (I am beginning to think these guys are making a joke of this)
#138- Mississippi (coming off bad year, new coach, massive player losses)
#137- Long Beach State
#136- St. Josephs
#135- New Mexico (pretty optimistic for a team that was a .550 team who loses their 3 top scorers/starters, 6th man and 3 promising players to defection/expulsion)
#134- Greg McDermott's Iowa State (McDermott has not posted winning records in his first 2 years at any other head coaching spot he's had)
#133- Robert Morris (5th place last year in one of the nation's weakest conferences, the NEC (26th out of 31), and their only decent new player is Aaron Agnew, who has been discussed here before.
He is not going to help them or anyone else.
